We found and scanned part 1 of the service manual. Unfortunately, it appears to be for the Nova 1200, not the MERA 9150 manufactured at MERAMAT.
I analyzed 9150 CPU board and i think that is adaptation of the Nova 2. Main difference is that the Polish board doesn't have any PROMs. All addressing and function selection are implemented using standard TTL logic.
